There is a 3-month and 6-month option that includes:
Up to 1-hour weekly consultations where we go through all of the program components. These calls will be a large part of your success. During each call I am able to support you through your journey answering any and all questions or concerns, address any challenges, celebrate wins, etc. to ensure your success in reaching your goals.
Customized resources will be provided including but not limited to:
Mindset and journaling prompts to create a stronger and healthier mind
Nutrition guidance including over 30 pages of extended information on whole foods approach to reaching your specific health and wellness goals. Nutrition guidance includes but is not limited to the following:
Information surrounding personalized macronutrient breakdown, nutrition preference
Definitions and explanations of nutrition elements (i.e TDEE, BMR, calories, macronutrient breakdown, micronutrient break down, serving sizes of food categories) to explain how your body works and how to use the plan
